DIRECTIONS:

Cold Application:
Keep the compress in the freezer. In the out of the freezer, wait a few minutes to put it in its case.

Hot Application:
- In the bath: Boil water in a saucepan and remove from heat. Dip the pad without the cover but wrapped in a towel.
